The supreme body of the Association is the General Assembly of its members.
The Management Board is the body that carries out the operational management of the organization between the General Meetings of Members. The Board consists of a maximum of 9 members. Members of the Board can be producers and distributors of beverages, with a reserved seat in it for the Chairman of the Board of Partners and the Executive Director.
The Association is represented by its Chairman and the Executive Director.
Other working bodies of APBNB are:
The Board of Partners in the Supply Chain;
The Arbitration and Financial and Audit Committee;
Expert Working Group.
The Board of Partners in the Supply Chain is a specialized body of the Association with a key role in defining common goals and positions in protecting the sustainable functioning of the non-alcoholic industry and related activities.
The Arbitration and Financial and Audit Committee performs two main functions: (1) Arbitration of disputes that have arisen, incl. in terms of compliance with the voluntary commitments of the industry and the code of ethics; and (2) Control over the implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly and the Management Board, including compliance with financial discipline.
An auxiliary body of the APBNB is also the Expert Working Group, whose main function is to form expert opinions on key issues for the industry.
